ORiele.ai Privacy Notice

Last Updated: October 6, 2025

This Privacy Notice explains how ORiele ("ORiele," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you interact with our website (oriele.ai), our public-facing AI voice/chat agents, and other marketing-related services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices. This Notice is written to comply with U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), and applies to visitors and users in the United States (it does not cover GDPR/European requirements).

Scope

This Privacy Notice covers personal information that ORiele collects as a business (data controller) – for example, information you provide on our website, through contact forms, or during interactions with our AI agents for marketing and lead-generation purposes.

It does not cover any personal data that ORiele may handle on behalf of our business customers in the course of providing our AI agent services to them. In those cases, ORiele acts as a service provider (or processor) to the business customer, and the customer's privacy policy governs the collection and use of that data.

For instance, if you interact with an ORiele-powered voice agent when calling one of our clients (e.g., a hotel or clinic using our AI), your data is controlled by that client and stays within their systems, not used by ORiele for its own purposes.

This Notice primarily addresses data collected through ORiele's own website and marketing channels.

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully to understand our practices. By using the ORiele website or interacting with our public AI agents, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purposes described in this Notice. The information ORiele collects falls into a few categories:

Information You Provide Directly

We collect personal information you choose to provide when interacting with us. This includes:

Contact and Identity Details

When you fill out a form on our site (such as a "Contact Us" or demo request form, or to download an eBook or other resource), we may ask for information like your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, or other basic contact details. For example, if you request an eBook or other content, you may need to provide your email address to receive it. Similarly, if you sign up for our newsletter or marketing communications, we will collect your email and any preferences.

Inquiry Details

If you send us a message or inquiry (through a form or email), or when you provide information to our AI agent (for example, saying your name, the company you're interested in, or what services you need), we will collect the content of your communication. This can include any personal data you volunteer during a conversation with our AI chatbot or voice agent (such as describing your business needs).

Voice and Chat Interactions

If you call an ORiele phone number to interact with our AI voice agent, or use a web-based AI chat widget, we will collect the information you provide during the conversation. This may include the audio recording of your voice call and a transcript of the dialogue, or the text chat log from the chatbot interaction. We also capture any contact information you verbally provide to the AI agent (for instance, if you share your name or phone number with the agent).

Note: Calls with our AI agents will be recorded and chat sessions logged, as these help us review and improve our services. If you prefer not to be recorded, please do not use the AI agent and instead contact us through alternative means.

Event or Survey Data

If we host webinars, events, or surveys and you register or participate, you might provide your name, contact information, and any responses or feedback. We will collect what you provide for those specific activities.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit our website or otherwise engage with our online Services, we collect some data automatically about your device and usage:

Device and Usage Data

We may collect details such as your IP address, browser type, device type (e.g., mobile or desktop), operating system, and timestamps of your visits. We also log information about how you navigate our site – for example, which pages or links you click on, the duration of your visit, and any referring webpage that led you to us.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

ORiele uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons or pixels) to enhance your experience and gather analytics about site usage. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us remember your preferences and understand how visitors interact with our site. For instance, we use Google Analytics or comparable tools to collect information about website traffic and user behavior in aggregate. These tools may set their own cookies to track pages viewed, time on site, and other usage metrics. (See Cookies & Tracking Technologies section below for more details.)

Call Metadata

If you engage with our voice agent via telephone, our telephony system may automatically collect metadata about the call, such as the phone number you called from (caller ID), the time and duration of the call, and technical data like call quality metrics. This is standard for operating and analyzing a phone service.

Information from Third Parties

Generally, we collect personal data directly from you. We do not typically purchase or obtain your personal info from data brokers for marketing. However, we might receive information about you from:

  • Your Organization: If your employer or a colleague refers you to us or uses our Services (for example, they list you as a contact for a demo), we might receive your name and business contact details from them.
  • Social Media or Public Sources: We maintain a presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. If you interact with our pages or posts (such as commenting or messaging us), we may receive your social media handle and any information you choose to share. Also, we may glean basic business contact info from public sources or directories for B2B sales (e.g. finding an email on a company website), but only where it's lawful to do so.
  • Service Providers: If we use third-party tools for marketing (such as an email marketing platform or CRM), they may provide us with analytics or insights derived from your interactions (for example, whether you opened our email). We treat such information as described in this Notice.

Information We Do Not Intend to Collect

ORiele does not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information or special categories of data from our website visitors or leads. This means we do not ask for or want information like Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, credit card numbers, health or medical information, biometric identifiers, or information about race, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, union membership, or sexual orientation.

Please do not provide such sensitive data when interacting with our site or AI agents. Our Services are focused on business inquiries and do not require this information. If you inadvertently share sensitive data (for example, you mention a health condition during a conversation), we will handle it with care and confidentiality, but we do not store or use it beyond what's necessary to provide the immediate service (and our customers' systems would typically be the ones to hold it, if applicable).

Children's Data

Our website and Services are intended for adults and business use; we do not target or knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal information. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have provided us information can contact us to request deletion (see Contact Us below).

Categories of Personal Information (California)

For transparency and compliance with CCPA, the personal information we have collected in the past 12 months (from users of our site and marketing channels) generally falls into the following categories (as defined by California law):

  • Identifiers: e.g., real name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, or similar identifiers you provided.
  • Commercial Information: if you engaged with us commercially, e.g. details of products or services you have inquired about. (Note: We do not have purchase or payment data from website visitors, since we currently don't sell services via the public site.)
  • Internet or Network Activity: e.g., browsing history and interactions on our website, IP address, cookie IDs, and related analytics information about your use of our online Services.
  • Audio/Electronic Information: e.g., call recordings or chat transcripts from interactions with our AI agents, which may include your voice and the content of your communications.
  • Professional or Employment Information: e.g., your job title, business contact information, or industry, if you provide that in a form or conversation (since our Services are B2B focused).
  • Geolocation Data: not precise GPS, but we might infer general location (city, state) from your IP address for analytics.
  • Inferences: we do not profile individuals in ways that produce characterizations like preferences or abilities, beyond basic marketing segmentation (e.g., recognizing that a website visitor is interested in a certain industry based on pages viewed).

We do not collect sensitive personal information as a separate category as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act (such as social security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account info, precise health or genetic data, biometric data, or precise geolocation).

2. How We Use Your Information

ORiele uses the personal information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:

To Respond to Your Requests and Communicate

We use contact information (name, email, phone) and inquiry details you provide to respond to the purpose for which you provided it. For example:

  • If you request a demo or submit an inquiry, we will use your contact details to reach out and provide the requested information or schedule the demo.
  • If you download an eBook or resource, we will send you the resource and may follow up to ask if you found it helpful or need any further information about our services.
  • If you interact with our AI agent and it collects your contact info for follow-up, our team may use that info to contact you and continue the conversation by email or phone (with your consent or as implied by your request).
  • To acknowledge and deal with any questions, support issues, or feedback you send us.

Marketing and Lead Qualification

As a B2B company, we may use the information you provide and information about your interactions to market our services to you in a relevant way (always in a business context). Examples:

  • Sending you newsletters or marketing emails about product updates, events, or content that you have opted into or that we believe may interest you (you can opt-out at any time).
  • Calling you or emailing you (or your company) to follow up on your interest in ORiele's services, to provide more information, or to offer a consultation/sales call, but only if you have expressed interest or not opted out of such communications.
  • Customizing our marketing messages to be more relevant. For instance, if you indicated an interest in a specific industry solution, we may send information related to that industry.

We always aim to keep our communications reasonable and respectful. You will not receive third-party marketing from us, and we do not sell your info to other companies for any purpose. Every marketing email from ORiele will include an unsubscribe link so you can stop future emails. You can also request at any time that we stop contacting you for marketing.

Providing and Improving the Services

We use collected data to operate, analyze, and improve our website and AI agents:

  • Operating the AI Agents: The information you input into our AI voice/chat agents is used to generate a helpful response and carry out the conversation. For example, if you ask the AI a question about our pricing, the system processes your question to formulate an answer. This automated processing is necessary to deliver the interactive service you're using.
  • Quality Assurance and Training: We review some recorded calls or chat transcripts with our AI agents to evaluate how well the agent is performing and to make improvements. For instance, our team might analyze a sample of conversations to see if the AI correctly captured user questions and provided relevant answers. This helps us refine the agent's responses and fix any issues (such as misunderstandings or inaccuracies in responses).
Note: These reviews are for improving our service quality and training our AI agents to better handle inquiries, but we do not use your personal data to train unrelated AI models or to add to any public AI dataset. Improvement efforts are confined to our internal use for ORiele's services.
  • Website Experience: Data about your site usage (pages visited, time on page, etc.) helps us understand what content is most useful and improve site navigation and design. We might use your feedback or behavior to add new content, restructure pages, or optimize load times.
  • Feature Development: If we see, for example, that many users are asking the AI agent about a particular integration or feature, we may prioritize developing content or functionality around that. Similarly, user feedback can drive new features in our platform.
  • Troubleshooting and Security: We may use logs and identifiers to debug issues (like site errors or broken links) and to protect the security of our site. For example, IP addresses might be used to detect and block malicious traffic or hacking attempts. Call recordings might be reviewed if there's a complaint or a technical glitch reported.

Analytics and Aggregated Insights

We use Google Analytics and similar tools to generate aggregated statistics about how our site and agents are used. This helps us with business decisions (for instance, understanding what percentage of visitors engage with the chat agent, or which marketing campaigns are effective at bringing in traffic). The information used for analytics is typically de-identified or aggregated so it does not directly identify individuals. We do not use this data to profile individual visitors in a way that produces legal effects; it's more about trends and usage patterns.

Compliance and Legal Obligations

We may use or preserve your information as necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to respond to lawful requests or legal process. For example:

  • If we receive a subpoena or court order requiring us to disclose certain user information, we may need to comply (after verifying the request's validity and scope).
  • To enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements, and to investigate or help prevent security issues, fraud, or other abuse. If you engage in prohibited conduct on our site (like attacking our systems), we may use your data to take action to protect our rights or property.
  • To meet obligations under consumer protection laws – for example, honoring opt-out requests or privacy rights requests (like a request to delete your data, see below).

Other Business Transfers

If we go through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, personal data in our possession may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity as part of that transaction. If such a transfer occurs, we will ensure the recipient is bound to respect your personal data in a manner consistent with this Notice (or we will notify you and give an opportunity to opt out of the transfer if required by law).

We will only use your personal information in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which we collected it or that you later authorize. We do not use the personal data we collect for any unrelated secondary purposes, and specifically, we do not use your personal information for training generalized AI models, nor do we sell or monetize your data by sharing it with third parties for their own use.

If we ever need to use your information for a new purpose that is materially different from the original purpose, we will update this Privacy Notice and, if required by law, request your consent.

3. How We Share or Disclose Information

ORiele understands the importance of keeping your personal information confidential. We share personal data only in the ways described below, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration or for their independent use (we are not a data broker). When we disclose information, we limit it to what is necessary and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Categories of Third Parties with Whom We Share Data

Service Providers (Processors)

We employ trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform certain services on our behalf, in support of our website and business operations. These service providers are contractually bound to use personal information only as instructed by us and for our specified purposes, and to protect it appropriately. Examples of service providers we use include:

  • Website Hosting and IT Infrastructure: Companies that host our website or provide cloud storage, data backup, and security services.
  • Analytics Providers: e.g., Google Analytics, which process usage data for analytics (Google may receive your IP address and browsing info, but we do not allow Google to use or share that data except to provide us analytics reports).
  • Marketing and Email Platforms: We may use a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or email marketing platform (such as HubSpot, MailChimp, or others) to manage contacts and send communications. These platforms will store your contact information for us and track engagement (like email open/click rates). They are not permitted to use your info for their own benefits.
  • Telephony and Communications APIs: If our AI voice agents or SMS communications utilize a third-party telephony service (like Twilio or similar providers) to connect calls or send texts, those providers process the call or message data on our behalf. For example, they might handle the call routing and recording as a processor.
  • Analytics and Error Monitoring Tools: We might use services that monitor our site/app for errors or performance, which could incidentally collect user agent or IP info when an error occurs.
  • Business Support Tools: This could include our cloud document storage, customer support software, or other SaaS tools used internally that may hold personal data if it's part of a customer record or communication.

We ensure that these service providers have signed appropriate data processing agreements and that they do not have rights to use your personal data for any purpose other than providing services to ORiele.

Within Our Corporate Family

ORiele is a TechStrata company, and we may share information with our parent company or any affiliates/subsidiaries for purposes consistent with this Notice. For example, TechStrata's central IT or security team might access data to assist with tech support or to evaluate a potential lead. Any such sharing is still under strict privacy and security controls, and those entities are bound by the same obligations herein. (We currently operate primarily as one unit, so this is more for potential future corporate structuring.)

Business Partners (No Unapproved Marketing)

We do not share your personal data with third-party business partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent. We only share information with partners when it is directly relevant to your interaction with ORiele. For example, if you register for a co-hosted event or webinar, your registration details may be shared with that specific partner to facilitate the event. Similarly, if you request assistance involving an integration (for instance, you ask about connecting ORiele with a specific CRM), we may—after notifying you or obtaining consent—coordinate with that partner to address your request. Outside these contexts, your data is never sold, rented, or shared for independent marketing purposes.

Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation, government request, or applicable law (for example, responding to a verified request by law enforcement or regulators, or as part of a subpoena or court order).
  • Protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of ORiele, our customers, or others. This includes enforcing our Terms of Use, investigating potential violations, detecting and preventing fraud or security issues.
  • In an emergency, to protect the personal safety of ORiele's employees, users, or the public. (For example, if we have information indicating someone's life is in danger, we might provide information to the authorities to help prevent harm.)

Corporate Transactions

As mentioned earlier, if ORiele is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be transferred as part of such a transaction. We would ensure the new owner continues to honor the privacy commitments we've made in this Notice, or we would notify you and give you an opportunity to delete your data before transfer if required by law.

At Your Direction

We will share your personal information with other third parties if you direct or consent to us doing so. For example, if you request that we introduce you to one of our reseller partners or if you intentionally interact with third-party links or integrations through our site, we might pass your info along at your request. In such cases, we will make clear at the time what data will be shared and with whom, so you can decide.

Third-Party Integrations Initiated by Customers

ORiele's platform is designed to integrate with third-party systems (like customer relationship management (CRM) tools, scheduling software, databases, etc.) at the direction of our business customers. If you are an end-user interacting with an ORiele AI agent deployed by one of our customers, any personal data captured by the agent might be sent into that customer's systems (for instance, creating a lead in their CRM or making an entry in their database) as per the customer's configuration.

Similarly, the agent might retrieve information from the customer's systems to answer your questions. In these cases, ORiele is facilitating a data exchange between the user and the customer's system. Any such integrated data usage is governed by the customer's privacy policy and agreements:

  • Customer Control: Our customer (the business you were interacting with) controls what integrations are activated. For example, a client might connect ORiele with their Salesforce CRM. If our AI agent collects your name and email in a conversation, it might automatically create a lead record in the client's Salesforce system.
  • No Independent Use by ORiele: ORiele itself does not independently retain or use the personal information transmitted via these integrations beyond what is necessary to perform the service. The data primarily "stays" in the customer's environment. ORiele's systems may momentarily process or cache the data to facilitate the transfer, but we consider that data to be the customer's. We do not access or use it for our own purposes (such as marketing or product development) and we do not disclose it to other parties. In essence, we act as a technical conduit.
  • Third-Party Privacy Policies: Any third-party platform that receives the data (like the CRM in this example) will handle that data under its own privacy policy and the agreement it has with our customer. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of the businesses you interact with and any third-party services they use, as ORiele is not responsible for how those parties handle your data.

Service Provider Role

Under laws like CCPA, ORiele's handling of personal data on behalf of customers in these scenarios is as a Service Provider – meaning we process it only for the customer's business purposes and not for ourselves, in accordance with §1798.140(v) of the California Civil Code. We have agreements in place with our customers to ensure proper protection and that we do not "sell" or further disclose that data.

No Sale of Personal Information

ORiele does not sell your personal information to data brokers or third parties for monetary gain. We also do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. In other words, we do not exchange your data with third-party advertisers to serve you targeted ads unrelated to ORiele. Any sharing we do is limited to the service-related purposes listed above. We also do not allow our service providers to sell the personal information we share with them.

If in the future ORiele were ever to consider selling personal information, we would provide required notice and opt-out rights to individuals as required by CCPA. But our business model is B2B services, not trading in personal data.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies & Similar Technologies: ORiele.ai uses "cookies" and related tracking technologies to collect information automatically when you use our site. Here's what you should know:

Types of Cookies

  • Essential Cookies: These are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. For example, if we have a login or a form that spans multiple pages, essential cookies might be used to maintain session state. (Currently, our site is primarily informational, so any cookies in use may mostly be for preferences and security.)
  • Analytics Cookies: These cookies collect aggregated information about how visitors use our site. For instance, they allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and see how visitors move around the site. We use this information to improve site functionality (e.g., ensuring users find what they are looking for easily). We might use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to identify returning users by a unique ID, to throttle request rates, and to store certain preferences. The data we get from Google Analytics does not include your name or email, but it may include your IP address and device info. Google provides some privacy choices for its analytics (see below).
  • Functionality Cookies: If we offer certain interactive features (like a chat widget), cookies might remember your preferences (for example, minimizing the widget or remembering what language you prefer) to give you a more personalized experience.
  • Advertising Cookies: At present, ORiele does not host third-party ads on the site, so we do not use third-party advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update our Notice. We might have cookies related to LinkedIn or other social media if we run campaigns and want to do retargeting to our site visitors, but we will provide notice if such tracking is in place.

Do Not Track (DNT)

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or "DNT" setting that sends a signal to websites you visit indicating that you do not want to be tracked. Our website currently does not respond to Do Not Track signals. This is because there is not yet a consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, and our site's data collection is limited to the practices described here (which do not involve tracking users across third-party sites beyond standard analytics). We will update this section if our practices change in the future.

Even though we don't honor DNT, you can always manage cookies as described below.

Managing Cookies

You have choices about cookies:

  • Browser Settings: Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. You can also remove or clear cookies stored by your browser at any time. However, please note that if you disable cookies entirely, some features of our site may not function properly (for example, videos might not load, or preferences might not be saved).
  • Google Analytics Opt-Out: Google provides an opt-out mechanism for Google Analytics. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on which prevents Google Analytics from collecting information on your visits to sites that use it (including ours).

Third-Party Tracking

Aside from the analytics services mentioned, we do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. If we embed content from other platforms (like a YouTube video or a social media feed), those platforms may set their own cookies. For example, clicking a Twitter or Facebook share button on our site may allow those services to track that action via their own cookies. Such interactions with third-party sites are governed by the privacy policy of the third-party.

For more information on our use of cookies or how to adjust your preferences, you can contact us (see Contact Information section).

5. Data Security

ORiele takes the security of your personal information seriously. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption: Our website is served over HTTPS, which encrypts data in transit between your browser and our site. If we store sensitive information (for example, call recordings or contact details) in the cloud, we utilize encryption at rest provided by our cloud hosting providers.
  • Access Controls: We limit access to personal data to authorized personnel who have a business need to know. ORiele staff and contractors who handle personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations and are trained on privacy and security best practices. We also use authentication and access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized account access (for example, strong password policies and possibly multi-factor authentication for our internal systems).
  • Monitoring and Testing: We regularly monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and attacks. Security patches and updates are applied to our software and infrastructure in a timely manner. We may conduct periodic security audits or tests to evaluate the effectiveness of our safeguards.
  • Secure Storage: Personal data collected is stored in secure cloud environments provided by reputable vendors. We rely on vendors that maintain high industry standards (such as ISO 27001 certification or SOC 2 compliance, where applicable) to host our data. Call recordings and chat logs are protected and accessible only to ORiele authorized team members on a need-to-know basis.
  • Incident Response: In the unlikely event of a data breach or security incident, we have procedures in place to respond, which include identifying and containing the issue, notifying affected users and regulators as required, and taking steps to prevent future occurrences.

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You should also take care with how you handle and disclose your personal information. Understand that emails or communications you send to us are not always encrypted, so avoid sending sensitive information via those channels.

If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you have with us has been compromised), please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action (see Contact Information below).

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In general:

  • If you are a marketing contact or lead, we will keep your contact information and communications until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or after a period of inactivity. We periodically review our contact lists and may remove contacts that have not engaged with us over a prolonged period (to minimize data).
  • If you have had an interactive session with our AI agents, call recordings and chat transcripts are typically retained for a reasonable period to allow us to review and improve our services. These may be stored for internal analysis and then either deleted or anonymized. We do not keep voice recordings indefinitely by default. For example, we might retain recordings for a few months up to a year for training and quality checks, then delete or archive them securely, unless needed longer for a specific reason (such as investigating an issue).
  • Web analytics data is stored by our analytics providers (like Google) in aggregate form. Google Analytics retains user-level data (associated with cookies and advertising IDs) for a set retention period (e.g., 14 months) before it is deleted automatically. We only view aggregated reports and do not have direct access to personally identifiable analytics data beyond that.
  • If you correspond with us (e.g., email inquiries), we may retain those communications and our responses for our records as long as necessary to manage our relationship or as required by legal or compliance considerations.

We retain information as needed to comply with legal obligations (for instance, records of opt-out requests or consent withdrawals), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Even if you request deletion of your data (see below), we may keep certain limited information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., recordkeeping to demonstrate compliance with privacy laws).

When we have no ongoing legitimate need or requirement to retain your personal information, we will either delete it or anonymize it (so it can no longer be associated with you). For example, we may aggregate and anonymize data about how users interact with our AI agent, so that it is no longer tied to any individual. We can then use that statistical information indefinitely without further notice.

If you have questions about our specific data retention practices for any type of data, you can contact us for more details.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices (California & U.S.)

You have certain rights and choices regarding your personal information. This section describes those rights and how you can exercise them.

A. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a resident of California, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information (subject to certain limitations under the law):

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. You can request the specific pieces of personal info we have about you, as well as information about the categories of personal information collected, the sources of that information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and if we disclosed or sold personal information (we do not sell, but we will confirm that). Essentially, you can ask for a report of your personal data that we have.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. For example, we may need to retain information to complete a transaction you requested, to detect security incidents, to comply with legal obligations, or for other limited purposes. If no exception applies, and once we verify your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records.
  • Right to Correct: Under the CPRA, you have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you. If you believe any information we have is incorrect, you can request that we fix it (taking into account the nature of the information and purpose of processing).
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information, or the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. However, as noted, ORiele does not sell personal info or share it for targeted advertising, so this right is not applicable in the context of our practices. We treat any data we have as business-to-business or direct interactions and do not monetize it beyond our own use.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Info: If we collected certain "sensitive" personal information (like precise geolocation, social security number, etc.), you could ask us to limit its use to only what's necessary. In our case, we do not collect or use sensitive personal info in a way that would trigger this right.
  • Right of Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means if you make a privacy rights request, we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality (except as permitted by law, for example, if you ask us to delete data that is necessary to provide a service, we might not be able to continue providing that service).

Submitting Requests

To exercise your "Right to Know," "Right to Delete," or "Right to Correct" as described above, please contact us through one of the following methods:

  • Email: You may email us at support@techstrata.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and let us know which right you intend to exercise and the scope of the request (for example, "Request to Know – categories of data" or "Request to Delete my personal info").
  • Web Form: If available, you can use our online privacy request form (link provided on our website's privacy page) to submit your request. (If we set up a dedicated web form or portal, details would be provided here.)
  • Toll-Free Phone: You may call our toll-free number (866) 880-7680 and inform us that you want to make a California privacy request. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Verification

For your protection, we will need to verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty before processing a personal information request. This may involve:

  • Responding from the email address that you have previously communicated with us, so we can verify it's the same person.
  • Providing some identifying information that we already have on file (for example, confirming your last interaction with us, your job title, or other details) so we can match you to our records. We will use the information you provide in a request only to verify your identity or authority to make the request and to track compliance.

B. Email Marketing Choices

As mentioned, if you no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional emails from ORiele, you can opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of those emails. You can also contact us at support@techstrata.com to request removal. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional messages related to your direct inquiries or transactions (for example, an email confirming a demo appointment or responding to a support question).

C. Call and Text Communications

If you provide us with your phone number, ORiele or its representatives (human or automated) might call or text you to follow up on your inquiry. If at any point you prefer not to be contacted by phone or SMS, please let us know. You can ask the caller to place you on a do-not-call list, or reply "STOP" to any text message to unsubscribe from further SMS communication. We will honor such requests as required by law (e.g., TCPA) and in accordance with our commitment to not be a nuisance.

D. Accessing/Updating Your Information

If you have an account on our platform or some self-service portal, you might be able to log in and view or update your profile information directly. However, currently, as a website visitor or lead, if you need to update or correct personal information you have provided (such as updating your email address or name), please contact us and we will be happy to make the correction if we have the data stored. We may need to verify your identity before making changes to ensure we do not alter records improperly.

E. Nevada Residents

We do not sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. If you are a Nevada consumer and have a question about our practices under Nevada's privacy law, you can contact us for more information.

F. Other U.S. State Laws

Privacy laws in states like Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah also provide certain rights such as access, correction, deletion, and opting out of some data processing. ORiele will honor valid requests from residents of these states to the extent required by applicable law. The process to submit and verify requests would be similar to that described above for California residents. We are committed to extending privacy rights broadly, so feel free to reach out regardless of your state if you have privacy concerns or requests.

8. Business-to-Business (B2B) Context

ORiele's services and marketing efforts are primarily business-to-business. This means we are generally interacting with individuals in their capacity as employees or representatives of a company, rather than as private consumers. It's important to clarify how this context affects privacy:

Not a Data Broker

ORiele's business model is providing AI agent solutions to other businesses; we do not derive revenue from selling personal data. We consider personal information of leads, customers, and end-users as a byproduct of delivering our service, not a product itself.

We collect and use personal data solely to facilitate business relationships and improve our service, not to monetize data. We also do not knowingly make available personal information about individuals to third parties except as needed to provide our services (and in those cases, under strict terms).

Corporate Contact Information

Much of the data we handle is business contact information (work email addresses, business phone numbers, company names) and communications in a business context. While still personal information (as it can identify an individual), this data is typically used in a professional manner. Some privacy laws (like certain provisions in CCPA) have or had exemptions for B2B communications – regardless, ORiele treats all personal data with care and respects opt-out requests from any individual.

Lead Generation

When ORiele engages in lead generation (such as reaching out to potential business customers), we may gather publicly available business contact info or use third-party B2B lead services. We will ensure any outreach is compliant with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM for emails, and providing opt-out mechanisms).

End Users of Our Clients

If you are using ORiele's AI agent as an end-user (for example, you're a customer of one of our client businesses and you interact with their ORiele-powered agent), please be aware that your relationship is primarily with that business. ORiele acts behind the scenes to help that business serve you. We recommend you read the privacy notice of the business you contacted, as it will cover how your data is used in that context.

ORiele's role is as a service provider. We handle your data on their behalf and do not use it beyond providing the agreed service (as described in Section 3). We also rely on our clients to have obtained any necessary consents from you for the AI interactions and recordings (for example, our terms with clients may require them to have permission to record calls or use our service with their end-users).

No Automated Decision-making with Legal Effects

While our AI agents do use automated logic to hold conversations, ORiele does not make consequential decisions about individuals without human involvement. For instance, we do not use AI to independently approve or deny any financial, employment, legal, or other significant requests about you. Any decision to engage further (like a sales follow-up) involves our human team. Our AI is a tool to streamline communication, not to replace human judgment in decisions that impact individuals' rights or livelihoods.

9. Third-Party Websites and Links

Our website may contain links to other websites or services that are not operated by ORiele (for example, links to articles, partner websites, or social media pages). Clicking on those links will take you to third-party sites that have their own privacy policies and practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of any website you visit via links from our site or interactions with our AI agent.

Additionally, if you interact with embedded content on our site (such as a YouTube video or a social media feed), that content is served by the third party and they may collect data about you (like your IP address or cookie identifiers) when you view or interact with it. This Privacy Notice does not cover such third-party functionality.

For example, if our site includes a LinkedIn "Share" button and you click it, LinkedIn may record that action and your profile may be associated with it. Those interactions are governed by LinkedIn's privacy policy. Similarly, if you use single sign-on features or other third-party login to interact with us (if applicable in the future), the third-party's terms apply to the authentication process.

We strive to only partner or integrate with reputable third parties, but we encourage you to exercise caution and read their privacy notices.

10. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Notice. If changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice or seek your consent as required by law.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of the ORiele website or Services after any update to this Notice will signify your acceptance of the changes, to the extent permitted by law.

If we intend to process your personal information for a purpose that is materially different from the purposes we collected it for, we will provide you with notice (and if required by law, seek consent) prior to doing so.
